SQL SUM in WHERE clause

SQL does not like SUM in where clause. Way around is to use HAVING instead of WHERE. More about HAVING can be found here

SELECT department, SUM(sales) as "Total sales"
FROM order_details
GROUP BY department
HAVING SUM(sales) > 1000;
