VB.NET ‘If’ statement’ to check null value

In C#

 if (Session["ReportServerUserName"].ToString() == null)
Response.Redirect("default.aspx");

The same thing in vb.net will be:

        If Session("ReportServerUserName").ToString() Is Nothing Then
            Response.Redirect("default.aspx")
        End If

Or,

       If Session("ReportServerUserName").ToString() = Nothing Then
            Response.Redirect("default.aspx")
        End If
